We had a great time at this place! The location was perfect, nestled in a silent area that allowed us to relax and unwind. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They provided us with lots of information about activities in the area and even gave us a "Super Card" for free access to public transport and other facilities. The meals were delicious and beautifully presented, a true delight to the senses. The decor of the house was tasteful and elegant, adding to the overall luxurious experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We spent New Years in a hotel in the Alps and had an alright time. The food was delicious and the indoor pool was a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The location was ideal as the ski bus was right outside the door and it only took 10 minutes to get to the ski resort. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the snow-covered mountains from our room.
The staff was not very friendly and seemed to be preoccupied with other things. We did not feel very welcomed as they did not go out of their way to make our stay special.

Amazing Mountain View from the room and a small, cozy room. Great value for money spent on the room rate. Location is ideal for mountain adventures and hiking activities.
Poor quality of food in the hotel restaurant and inappropriate portion size. the staff at the restaurant were rude and unwelcoming;

Located in a beautiful alpine setting, the hotel provides breathtaking views of the valley and mountains, including from some of the well, furnished and spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms. the attentive service extends to the well, appointed restaurant, featuring warm decor with heavy wooden beams on the ceiling and a well, garnished breakfast buffet with made, to, order eggs. the hotel also offers a range of facilities including ski, storage and relaxation areas with sauna, massage, and swimming pool.
There is an additional charge for the internet which is a small blemish on an otherwise comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings as I had access to local transportation and cable cars. The staff was exceptional, providing me with plenty of information about the area and activities to enjoy. They even gave me a "Super Card" that gave me free access to public transportation, among other facilities. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and the breakfast was mouthwatering. the hotel facilities were outstanding and the staff was friendly and attentive.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
